Annabelle Hill is an Australian artist based in Copenhagen working across painting, light installation, and surface pattern design. Her practice explores the intangible, the unseen energies, forces, and human experiences that shape our existence.
Through movement, colour, and recurring forms, Hill seeks to translate these ethereal phenomena into felt experience. Her work moves between the intimate and the cosmic, exploring consciousness and identity, the liminal spaces between states of being, the boundless nature of light as it travels through time and space. Rather than providing answers, she creates conditions for wonder, for questioning our own reality and our connection within this universe.
Her installations have been commissioned for permanent public spaces and exhibited at major light festivals across Denmark.
